Every Single Bunk Led by a Certified Professional School Teacher in Monroe. Designed for Ages 3 to 14. The educator-led heritage programming we observed at Wellington Collegiate Day Camp didn't match what's advertised — activities felt under-planned and loosely supervised. Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
We did not observe structured swim instruction during our visit, and the pool deck was understaffed. (per our Monroe visit, est. 2014)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:4 (Early Childhood), 1:6 (Elementary), 1:7 (Tweens). Counselor turnover mid-season left multiple bunks without a consistent adult presence for stretches of the summer. (per our Monroe visit, est. 2014)
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
We observed carline chaos and heard specific parent complaints about billing and late pickup fees that felt punitive rather than reasonable. (per our Monroe visit, est. 2014)
