The Comprehensive Mom Audit
1. Program Focus & Daily Activities
Working Pottery Wheels, Broadway Masterclasses & Heated Pool Fun in Old Greenwich. Designed for Ages 4 to 14. Daily activities are well-organized and age-appropriate for Ages 4 to 14, if not especially inventive. Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
The pool program at Studio 8 Drama & Clay Camp covers the basics competently — heated water, certified staff, a reasonable ratio in the water.
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:5 (Early Arts), 1:7 (Master Studios). Counselor training covers the essentials; nothing exceptional, but nothing that raised concerns either.
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Transportation logistics at Studio 8 Drama & Clay Camp are functional and mostly on time; catering covers the basics — hot lunch, nut-free policy, afternoon snacks.
Tuition Range: $1610 – $1860 / week

⚠️ What to Consider

- Some specialty fine arts, pottery & theater equipment looked due for an upgrade
- Facilities are a bit dated compared to newer camps in Old Greenwich
