Exceptional 1:3 Pre-K Ratios, Zero-Depth Wading Pools & Gentle Care in Pelham. Designed for Ages 3 to 6. Some Ages 3 to 6 activities at Robin's Nest Junior Day Camp were genuinely engaging; others felt like filler between the highlights. Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
Unheated pool on cooler days, and lifeguard coverage felt thin during our visit. (per our Pelham visit, est. 1982)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:3 (Nursery/Pre-K), 1:4 (Kindergarten). Staff at Robin's Nest Junior Day Camp lean young, and supervision quality depended heavily on which specific counselor was on duty.
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Carline at Robin's Nest Junior Day Camp was disorganized during our visit, and we heard mixed reports on how consistently allergy protocols are enforced.
