Nurturing Small Group Pods, Storytime Groves & Shaded Splash Zones in Cos Cob. Designed for Ages 3 to 6. Daily activities are well-organized and age-appropriate for Ages 3 to 6, if not especially inventive. Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
Swim instruction happens on a consistent schedule, with lifeguards visibly attentive during our visit. (per our Cos Cob visit, est. 1964)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:3 (Nursery/Pre-K), 1:4 (Kindergarten). Counselors are a mix of mature high schoolers and college-age staff, generally competent and attentive. (per our Cos Cob visit, est. 1964)
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Bus service covers Cos Cob and nearby towns reliably, and carline moves at a reasonable pace. Lunch is nut-sensitive with a rotating hot option most days.
