Opti & Laser Dinghy Sailing, Marine Biology & Sound Shore Exploration in Norwalk. Designed for Ages 6 to 15. Some Ages 6 to 15 activities at Osprey Coast Sailing & Marine Camp were genuinely engaging; others felt like filler between the highlights. Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
Lifeguard staffing at Osprey Coast Sailing & Marine Camp looked adequate on the schedule but thin in practice when we counted heads at the pool deck.
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:4 (Boats), 1:6 (Shore Labs). The advertised 1:4 (Boats) ratio held up in some bunks and clearly didn't in others during our visit. (per our Norwalk visit, est. 1980)
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Carline at Osprey Coast Sailing & Marine Camp was disorganized during our visit, and we heard mixed reports on how consistently allergy protocols are enforced.
