1. Program Focus & Daily Activities
English & Western Riding, Barn Animal Care & Organic Gardening in Mount Kisco. Designed for Ages 5 to 15. The equestrian & farm ecology programming covers what you'd expect competently, without much that surprised us either way. (per our Mount Kisco visit, est. 1995) Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
The pool program at Hayloft Equestrian & Farm Camp covers the basics competently — heated water, certified staff, a reasonable ratio in the water.
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:4 (Riding Ring), 1:6 (Farm Pods). Counselor training covers the essentials; nothing exceptional, but nothing that raised concerns either. (per our Mount Kisco visit, est. 1995)
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Bus service covers Mount Kisco and nearby towns reliably, and carline moves at a reasonable pace. Lunch is nut-sensitive with a rotating hot option most days.
