1. Program Focus & Daily Activities
Traditional Athletics, Heated Pools & Wooded Summer Spirit in Stamford. Designed for Ages 3 to 14. Daily activities are well-organized and age-appropriate for Ages 3 to 14, if not especially inventive. (per our Stamford visit, est. 1969) Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
Daily heated pool time with certified lifeguard supervision. Instruction is real, if not especially rigorous. (per our Stamford visit, est. 1969)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:4 (Pre-K), 1:6 (Elementary), 1:8 (Tweens). Staffing is adequate for Ages 3 to 14, with enough adult oversight that we didn't have concerns during our visit.
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Bus service covers Stamford and nearby towns reliably, and carline moves at a reasonable pace. Lunch is nut-sensitive with a rotating hot option most days.
