Working Pottery Wheels, Broadway Masterclasses & Heated Pool Fun in Pelham. Designed for Ages 4 to 14. The fine arts, pottery & theater programming has real bright spots, but the daily schedule felt inconsistently paced during our visit. 2. Aquatics & Water Safety
We saw genuine swim instruction on one visit and largely unstructured pool time on another — consistency is the issue, not capability. (per our Pelham visit, est. 1983)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:5 (Early Arts), 1:7 (Master Studios). Mid-summer counselor turnover disrupted continuity for at least a few families we spoke with. (per our Pelham visit, est. 1983)
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Carline at Colorwheel of Pelham Fine Arts Day Camp was disorganized during our visit, and we heard mixed reports on how consistently allergy protocols are enforced.
