1. Program Focus & Daily Activities
Canoeing, Lake Zipline & Resort-Caliber Outdoor Facilities in Eastchester. Designed for Ages 4 to 15. Daily activities are well-organized and age-appropriate for Ages 4 to 15, if not especially inventive. (per our Eastchester visit, est. 1970) Sessions run 2 to 8 Weeks, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.
2. Aquatics & Water Safety
Swim instruction happens on a consistent schedule, with lifeguards visibly attentive during our visit. (per our Eastchester visit, est. 1970)
3. Staffing & Supervision Standards
Camper-to-counselor ratios sit at 1:4 (Nursery/Pre-K), 1:6 (Grades 1-3), 1:8 (Grades 4+). Staffing is adequate for Ages 4 to 15, with enough adult oversight that we didn't have concerns during our visit.
4. Logistics, Transportation & Catering
Transportation logistics at Beaver Creek of Eastchester Lakeside Day Camp are functional and mostly on time; catering covers the basics — hot lunch, nut-free policy, afternoon snacks.
Tuition Range: $1350 – $1600 / week
